I was never lucky enough to have a good experience with HOA's or property managers, but working with Laura was the most amazing experience i've ever had in terms of "customer service". The way she helps, follows up with any concerns, and solves problems is incredible wonderful and fast. She was the absolute nicest to deal with and was able to help me from the smallest detail to the biggest. It was a blessing having her give me a hand with any issues i may of had.
