Shelly was wonderful to work with. We first talked to her in the summer when we were getting ready to paint the house inside and out. She and Christian made very helpful suggestions. Shelly helped us pick the current color scheme that would work for our house. She kept in touch all along the process with great suggestions. She earned every penny of her commission! Our house sold in four days with 4 of 5 offers over asking price. This was in spring 2023 when the market was much softer than the previous summer.
