DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I agree with the other reviews about SCAM fees. But I was able to negotiate the price down to offset the $3,000 in fees. From the 1st day to 5 months later, I am still trying to get my car serviced with them. They sold me a car with bad tires and bad alignment. Their “new” service department is AWFUL! Terrible customer service. Needless to say once they have your money, they can care less about you. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE WITH THESE PEOPLE.
An absolute horrible experience. My significant other was looking to purchase a car and they were completely unprofessional. From no employees wearing face masks or following CDC guidelines for the pandemic to condescending and unprofessional employees. Their “financial advisor” should consider a different profession. Receptionist tells me no negotiating on a vehicle after I asked to speak to a sales person. Good luck with that! I offered 14k for a rogue being sold for $14,800. Good luck with that.
The only to improve them is not to do business
Terrible place don’t believe the fake reviews (3 of them) that say it was great. I hate greedy people like this. Save your time go somewhere else.
