If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company; however, they were useless from the start. We have an upstairs air unit working improperly in the middle of summer. We first requested a service call in May. The technician came out and initially told me that my two separate units could not coexist. That was after being here for only five minutes. So he left and did nothing. I cannot compliment these guys enough. Our AC went out on Friday evening, before Labor Day weekend. I emailed them to see if they do weekend calls. I got an email immediately back from Angela saying that they didn’t do calls on a holiday weekend, but have times on Tuesday. While we were sweating most of the time, I was appreciated that they responded and were able to stop at our place the next day they were open (usually, it isn’t until the end of the week).
