Hired for dryer vent cleaning on a special, was told over the phone that they would be entering my home to clean out the vent. When the man came he said he didn’t need to come in which i thought was odd, then proceeded to try to charge me more for a “birds nest” there was no nest. He had no electrical tools to clean out the vents. I would give no stars of i could.

I was quoted 169 for unlimited vents and return vents. When the technician arrived, The technician stated my total would be 565 because I had three return vents. I asked all these questions when they quoted me the 169 if it included return vents. This is not a good company to work with.

The person who came to clean the carpets was dishonest about pricing. There is an online special to clearly says $69 for two rooms. He came in and told me it would be $69 for per room or he would do both for 100 which is not what I agreed to I had him do the one room for $69 and then had him leave. He did an awful job on the one room that he did do I would avoid using this company at all costs if possible.

Guy came out and took maybe 30 mins to clean my air ducts. Vents had visible debris. Then told me I needed duct sanitizing to get rid of the mold smell. Sprayed something in a spray bottle on the vents and left. I called back and had them come back out, he was there 3 mins and did the exact same thing.
