I had a garage door installed in November. Eric was fantastic through the estimate process and the office staff always kept me up to date with the email communication. Eric and Tom arrived on time, and removed my old wooden door and replaced it with a beautiful white door. They cleaned up and swept my garage when they were done, and talked to me about other doors I want to replace and some other potential home improvement projects. Greg and Justin both came to my house they were very professional and personable and gave me different options on how to get my door working again. I liked how they waived there service fee unlike some company's!! Call them if you need a professional!
Great family owned company to work for!
To follow-up with my post earlier, Lift-Master tech support team called me stating their field manager called Certified...twice, would not answer their phones. I really feel like an 'idiot.' Eric (tech) returned; obviously, I couldn't read instructions on my Volvo's computer on how to...Wish all companies would take pride in their customers. I've only found 2 in NJ; this is one of the two. Again, thanks Kathy and Eric.
