Supposed to be in network for BCBS,called to verify before making appt.When I arrived in office told me I have to pay 25% co insurance.I do not pay this with my plan and have not in 25 years.Only out of network has co ins.Had me leave work early to come in earlier day of appt.So Had me waste time and lose work.Very dissapointed.
It was impossible to reach this office so I'm looking for another doctor. The phone number goes to a call center; there's no way to actually call the office! The call center only makes appointments. If you need to talk to the office staff, it will never happen. On top of that, the call center told me that if I made an appointment, it would have to be with an office location SHE decided on, not the one I wanted to go to because it would be easier for me to get to traffic-wise. I recently visited this clinic with my daughter, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care we received! Zoraida was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. They took great care of my daughter and made her feel completely at ease throughout the visit. The doctor was very thorough in examining her toenail, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions with patience and care.
The receptionists were so friendly and Dr. DeLuca quickly numbed and removed my ingrown toenail that was causing me so much pain! I’ll definitely return for any foot/ankle related issues.
I would definitely recommend this office to someone who is looking for a Podiatrist. The staff is very friendly and professional. Glad I was referred here.
