Dr. Ray Rowan is the bees knees (or more appropriately, the bees ankles)!!! I came under the care of Certified Foot & Ankle back in September of 2017. Dr's Rowan, Ortiz, et al. and importantly, all there office staff, have been warm, helpful, and accommodating in every aspect of my health care!! Everyone at this practice is friendly, kind, and patient. At the front desk, the receptionist engages in pleasant conversation while diligently doing her job. I overheard her dealing with a more challenging patient at the window. She had patience of a saint. I took my 16 year old son to the practice twice. Dr. Bowles explained everything she was going to do so my son had full understanding. Her nurse and medical intern were there as well, providing support for my son, who was "scared." It was the most pleasant experience I have had the nurses were so friendly and caring. Dr Ortiz was the ultimate professional kind caring and listened to everything I had to say. I would recommend him to anyone looking foot a foot and ankle Dr. super guy.
