Dr Ma has always been prompt, efficient and showed attention to detail with respect to my skin exams. She cautioned me on prices of prescriptions and provided me with coupons so that I might obtain large discounts. She is all I could ask for in any doctor.
Prescribed a medication that cost me $1700 out of pocket. I was not made aware of the price until after it was filled so I was stuck with the out of pocket cost. As a pharmaceutical rep, I KNOW doctors are aware when medications are expensive and I'm furious she would not tell me this! Never going back to this practice again.
