Extremely competent and all-around great body shop – I had long scratches and some chips on my car finish from where the car wash people scraped it against something (which unfortunately I didn't detect until days later). Fantastic Service! – After the horrible experience of getting into an accident, it was so wonderful to work with Mike and his staff at Certified Collision Auto. They were very personable, honest, and kind as they we worked out my quote and even helped me get a rental car at an amazing rate. The quote and cost of fixing my car was low and my car came out looking brand new! I can't say enough good things about Certified Collision Auto and I will absolutely be using them again.
Highest professionalism, stellar customer service, and flawless work. Don't go anywhere else – I've had 3 vehicles fixed by Michael over the years, and another to come. He's always worked with me and done honest appraisals and stellar work. He has fixed many of my friends vehicles and they are always happy. Before Michael, I had been ripped off with overpriced and shoddy work. No longer. I've found my body shop for life! These people are wonderful.
Finally, an honest mechanic! – We have been taking our Audi A4 to Mike for a few years and have nothing but good things to say about our experience with him. Mike has always been honest and reliable.
