Very unprofessional, harrassing and threatening to repo somones car away because they gave a review on their experience. Just saw the meassages. That is unprofessional.

I have worked in the car business on the software side, for several years and know many of the nuances. It is always great and proper to make money, but not to sacrifice your ethics - and most car dealerships have none. Steve Gaines is honest, trustworthy, reputable, dedicated, I have bought four cars over the years from this man at several dealerships and will give no one else my business but him. Kudos Gaines
I have had Steve assist me with several vehicle purchases over the years his integrity is second to none I highly recommend this dealership..
If I could give this place less than that, I would. Why did I buy a car here? Because it was literally the ONLY place we could qualify. After you sign on the line, do not expect any further customer service...not as if there was much to begin with. They are completely unorganized and I had to submit the same paperwork more than 3 times, after I was told everything was complete. Do not buy a car here... They will get you approved no matter what, I'll give them that. But once you sign a contract, they are done. Service sucks bad. Been 8 months since I bought my car and they still haven't fixed the things that were agreed to. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Definitely never have them work on your car. They hack at best! Can't even change a damn light bulb! JS
