I have bought three cars from Steve Gaines over the past and have had a wonderful time doing so each time. I've never had a problem with communication or performance on his part. Every transaction was good from start to finish.
A good business would not respond to complaints the way this dealership does, nor would they threaten to repo a car over a bad review from a customer. This definitely says a lot about the owner and the people who work here. Maybe the owner should go take a few business classes to see how to professionally respond to negative feedback instead of telling people to get a life, go back to sucking dick for money, or go ride the bus.
Talk about going above and beyond! Mr. Gaines is one of the most professional and hard-working men in the business!
I had a little incident with a Pole while backing out of a covered parking stall. The body shop at C3 did an amazing job fixing the damage to my Grand Cherokee. The service was completed in a timely fashion and for a fair price.
