I made an appointment to have my wood fireplace chimney swept and while they were there they took it upon themselves to clean my furnace also. They called me at work after the fact with a detail of a repair that needed to be done and proceeded to charge me an additional$324.00. Then they didn't clean up after themselves Update: spoke with the office and we were able to come to an agreement. They apologized for the additional work being done and agreed that I would be billed for half the furnace cleaning.
Just called to become a customer and schedule a cleaning. I was quoted a date 3 MONTHS from now. Glad they are busy, but you’ll have to look elsewhere if you’re looking for prompt service.
Eddie was professional and friendly. He explained every step he did which was enlightening. This company has serviced my parents dryer vent since they purchased their condo and have developed a compassionate relationship. Now that I own my condo and experienced such excellent service I will be a customer for life. Thank you to Eddie for being such a great guy.
