We had a Bosch washer that starting leaking and Certified Appliance sent Cesar out quickly to locate the problem. Cesar identified the issue almost immediately and looked over the rest of the machine to make sure there were no other issues. Cesar repaired our machine and tested it and gave us some great information about what to look for with our aging machine. We were so grateful and happy for the service from Certified Appliance and will be using them again when the need arises.
I had my dryer repaired on Geiger Key today. Sorry I don't have the techs name but he was very nice showed up on schedule and repaired the dryer fast and at a good price! I will use and recommend Certified Appliance Company.
After waiting 2 1/2 days for the technician to show up 30 minutes before he is supposed to arrive, they called to say they’re not in big pine key today. They are in Key West today.
Certified has never let us down. James went beyond just repairing our dryer’s initial issue. He was efficient and professional yet very personable. He is obviously very knowledgeable about his work. He even gave us suggestions on better maintenance going forward. We are very grateful for his expertise!
These folks are AWESOME! From service call, to sales floor, to delivery and installation they are friendly, knowledgeable and just amazing. Thanks for a wonderful experience all the way around. Will NEVER go to Home Depot again.
