DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!! I'd rate this guy a zero if it was possible. Like other people have indicated, this guy is a total joke. He missed several important aspects of the home inspection. For example, one of the items was a steam shower, when I asked why he didn't have it on his inspection report, he said it was because it wasn't part of the house when it was originally built. When I asked him to reinspect it he wanted more money. I told him no and he threatened to put a lean on the house if I didn't pay. So I paid t... read more
Stay away from this inspector. He did an inspection on a home I was looking to buy and when I got the inspection back he missed all the important stuff. He didn't go under the house. Left out leaks that we personally found , when asked why he left stuff out his reply was "I didn't think it was a big deal". I got a new inspection done 1 week later because I didn't trust his and I found an estimated $30,000 in repairs he missed. There was mold everywhere he left out.
