Janesville got dumped with a ton of rain yesterday and as usual, I had rain in my basement. I called Certi-Dry and spoke to Dave at 10:30pm! He was so nice and chatted with me and assured me the problem would be taken care of the next morning, sure enough about 10 hours later Anna and David came out and got right to work. Called Certi-dry in the later afternoon due to a backup in our basement (had backup already taken care of) and they sent someone out right away to check it out. The person who showed up that day was very professional and helpful. We determined that no further damage would occur if we waited to morning to get started on the dry out. A crew showed up first thing in the morning and tore out the walls, carpet and anything that was wet and started the dry out process. Great Staff! Fast and friendly
After the bad freeze this year we had a pipe burst at one of our apt complexes. Certi-Dry was there within 20 minutes and due to the amount of damage they were out for a couple days, but got everything dried up/torn out/and cleaned up quickly. Very friendly staff as well. We'll definitely be switching to using Certi-dry for our go-to restoration company!
Fabulous staff who work hard to reassure that they will get everything back to normal.
I had a burst pipe on Friday. Tyrone was very helpful and sent the fabulous Jim Bristo out to assess the situation within a couple hours. He set up a drying system and stopped by every day to reassess. Happy to say that we were able to save my floors, and everything is dried out as of this evening. Thank you Jim!
