Derek Pucel comes to my job at a school to service and test the fire system. We switched companies last year. He is always nice. He explains any issues and answers questions I might have like what a escutcheon is . And makes sure everything is actually tested unlike our last company who says they tested things they could not have possibly reached. I know when he comes I don't have to worry about bad service. More companies need employees like him!
