From the beginning, I appreciated the timely communication, the willingness to meet when it was convenient for me, the explanation of what would be required, and a reasonable price quote. We were impressed and thankful for not only the quality of the work that the painters did, but also their celerity. We would definitely hire them again for our painting needs.
From start to finish, i was impressed by the quality of customer service and the actual painting done by Stephen at Certa Pro (and his team). I felt the price was fair, considering the amount of space to be painted (including 18' ceilings). Stephen communicated with my the entire time, and even stopped by for a spot-check.
