Best yet I've had in my home; I take care of developmental disable adults; was so impressed by how conscience of health problems, CertaPro was when it came to the painting. A great communicator, and true professional. I would recommend him to everyone.
Prompt and fair estimate, able to do work immediately. Overall a very good job, but a little sloppy with some drips on windows, door and floors. These were corrected by a return visit but it took over a week.
Estimate was accomplish soon after being contacted. Started and finished the project within the expected time. The work was done in a professional manner by professional, friendly workers.
Dealing with Mr Beaty ws fine...I have a few minor gripes, but nothing that would make not choose Mr Beaty and CertaPro again. Job still isn't complete and additional charges were not expressed in detail (amount; just that there would be additional charges for additional work)...and I was told I'd be called to do the final walk around when job was finished--didn't happen. Was left a voice mail and a bill on the door step.

Everything was great. And looks great. The color swatches were to our liking. The painter was fast and very friendly. The work was done in no time and I am planning on Certa Pro Painters to come back and do more work.
The experience was wonderful, the painter listened to my concerns and executed them accordingly, he did a wonderful job and I am looking to working with them again.
