I’ve dealt with Cerna for both my parents and found them to be professional and most helpful in trying to meet individual needs. If there are any issues with caregivers, Cerna is on top of it to make sure the client is happy and satisfied. Corinne in scheduling is the best person with whom to work, as she is calm, professional and always courteous.

Cerna caregivers have been patient and kind with my 92 year-old mother-in-law. They have been a god-send to our family. Cerna schedulers and office personnel have always been courteous and helpful. Thank-you Cerna!

I've been working for cerna for a little over a year, it's a growing company for the elderly, caregivers and nurses and I really enjoy working for them. They are really flexible with us the caregivers and their clients they can accommodate any need. I never worked for a company that cared so much about their clients or their staff. I especially appreciate how they can accommodate my needs with a daughter receiving chemotherapy not every job is flexible to this. I have worked for Cerna for about 3 years and I really like this company. They always have work which mean someone needs us to help out with clients. This is a work environment where you can voice any concerns knowing you will have great support. Cerna has an easy clock in system as well as staff on duty to help you if your lost, late or need assistance over all.
