We have been very pleased with the past installation and service that we have received from Bob Cermignano Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. Recently we had a problem with our AC on our first very hot day of the season. Joe C. arrived in about 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. Joe was very polite , professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He repaired the problem immediately. We have suggested this company to other people and they have been very satisfied with their friendly and competent service.
We just had our heating units inspected and maintained by Bob Cermigmiano's representative, Joe C. As always, our experience was excellent. Joe arrived right on time, was polite, unobtrusive, and neat in his work. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, suggested a small proactive part replacement I might want to consider with no pressure to do so, then replaced it quickly when I made that decision. We at so fortunate to have such a reliable, accessible, and consistent company as Bob Cermignano servicing our area.
