my entire family was with Dr Cerio for over 10 years. I have not been myself in over 3 years and now I'm having an emergency issue and he refuses to see my because I would be a new PT. my children all go to him regulary. there should be exceptions for PT who are returning not new. I'm pulling out my family of 6 and looking for someone who has loyalty to their long time PT.

However, with social distancing guidelines and new required PPE donning and doffing, each patient requires significantly more time than they used to. We have these policies in place so we can follow all rules and also give each patient the time and care they need rather than rush into the next patient. My family is seen by Dr Cerio on a regular basis, tried to make our annual cleaning and the girl at the front told me they are booked till feb 2020!!!!
My family and I have been coming to him for about 5 years he is very professional his staff is amazing. I've been squeezed in for a bad tooth and I am grateful thank you ill see you next month.

The staff went over and above for my kids who where freaking out in the beginning and definitely made me feel comfortable as well! Love it there!!
This place is the worst. Went here for dentures. After 2 tries and 3 months i have ended up with a top plate i cant wear cause it cuts me and has huge gaps which i told them about and was ignored. My insurance only pays for new ones every 10 years so thanks for keeping me toothless Cerio.
Going there for as long as I can remember. I drive over an hour but do it because they are nice people.
