OMG I have had only two experiences with this salon, and they were both massages. But OMGOD were they amazing. the staff was very friendly and made sure I felt at home. The massage specialist was super nice and even gave me a rose! How sweet is that. The massage was amazing. Im ready to put my hair in their hands now.

Danyelle IS THE BEST i absolutely loved it here there Esthetician took the time to explain there different skin care products and did an EXCELLENT FACIAL i will be back everyone should check this place out they do all types of waxing and facial micros,chem peels,ear candling...etc
luv definitions! I have been going to Definitions for 4 years now. I have always been pleased by the quality of service that I have received from the initial greeting to the final good byes. Definitions is such a surprise in Council Bluffs because it is a full-service salon in a relatively small town. The staff is fun,friendly & skilled; the salon itself is very high-end and offers the latest in products as well as fun, quirky purses and unique jewelry handcrafted by the owner. Great Salon Friendly people, good prices, great service
Go Somewhere Else for Shellac Nice people work there, but the Shellac job was TERRIBLE. She doesn't go all the way to the edge or apply the color evenly. You don't even get a manicure for $30- I will not return.
very pleased I was very pleased with the service I received as well as the customer service. I would definately recommend this salon to others.
