Life is wonderful when you deal with joyful, attentive professionals like Tyler, Nadia and Gavin at Cerelli Jewellers. A lost diamond gifted to me by my beloved mother became an opportunity to celebrate her legacy. Together, we created a custom set that I will cherish. And most importantly, I made great new friends. These guys are the real deal! If it's one thing I can mention about them, it is their patience. During our whole ring finding search, we found that they were the most patient. They do spend a lot of time with you to design the perfect ring. They spend a lot of time doing renderings and drawings which many other jewelers won't spend that much time with you doing. My fiancé and I had the best experience with Nadia and Tyler at Cerelli Jewellers. Tyler and Nadia were able to take the original diamond from my mother's engagement ring and create my ring by redesigning the band. We then worked with them for my wedding band and it came out stunning, exactly how I wanted. They were so patient with us from start to finish, worked within our budget, and encouraged perfection. You can tell they really take pride in their work but also in making their customers happy. Thank you so much!!
Had a couple of pieces fixed, the quality and service are amazing. Tyler, Nadia and Gavir such amazing people to deal with, very reasonable prices too.
Tyler and the rest of his team have been fantastic. Customer Sevice putting me at ease for having to make an insurance claim and getting my diamond replaced that fell out. He found me a beautiful diamond and reset my stone and polished it so beautifully that it looks brand new. I would like to thank him and all of his team for all the wonderful job they did on my wedding band and engagement ring. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely refer people to him.
