I had a wonderful customer experience here. I had a broken necklace I received from my grandmother. Nadia did a quick fix for free. For a stronger fix it was $40 to get a better quality link and it soldered. The location is on the 6th floor in Thornhill Square. I will gladly give my business to this store!
We had the absolute best experience with Gavin and his team. They made my engagement ring two years ago and it is still just as perfect as the day I got it. I recently brought it back in for a full service, along with a few other pieces that needed repairs and cleaning, and once again they were incredible to work with. So kind, professional, and genuinely caring about their work and their customers. You can truly tell they take pride in what they do. I wouldn’t trust my jewelry to anyone else. Highly recommend!
