I’ve been back to Cerelli twice now. First time was to repair a significant sentimental value family ring that was quite unique and required a special craftmanship to fix. That first time, I was well taken care of by the team, so I remembered them for my second time. I broke another sentimental necklace (I could be quite rough) and it happened on a Friday afternoon.
