So I missed an appointment and Sandy at front desk calls and forgets to hang up the phone all the way in the meantime can hear her mockin me and badmouthing me to other office staff (kelly) and it goes on for a few minutes I call back and tell her I heard all this and ask Dr Mike to call and I'm still waiting on that phone call
Great place. Went to a different doctor for years. Cerafin is totally different. He KNOWS what he is doing. Dr. Emily is my favorite!
