I gave this place a chance despite the terrifying reviews. In an unassuming office in Boyle Heights that is shared with a dental office, I was really skeptical to come in and go through with my first visit to be established with an OB. I was nervous after reading the reviews for this place, but I actually had a lovely experience during my first time. The staff was lovely, the doctor spent a lot of time talking with me & answering my questions. I did wait about 1.5hr for my appointment, but otherwise great experience!
# Horrible Experience at the Doctor's Office I'm still fuming about the way I was treated at this doctor's office! Every time I went in with concerns about pain, I was totally dismissed. The remarks I got were not only unprofessional but also super hurtful. And let's not even get started on the cleanliness - it was pretty gross. Had a clean, caring and efficient experience here. Staff is professional and courteous. Also the nurse practitioners was experienced and made my experience pleasant.
Worst place I have visit in my entire life, the office is share with a dental place, the restroom is at the entrance wide open and sting. The rooms are so small, they don't have many supplies, and rooms are use as storage. Their break room is the file room and you can get annoyed by the screams of people doing their dental since there is no privacy they have no doors.
