I won’t be coming back. The provider had no beside manner. Didn’t even introduce herself. Did not even get any type of physical exam. The workers were all stuffed in one small room. 4 people did not need to be there to take my weight and blood pressure. The only person that seemed to know what she was doing was the one who did my ultrasound. I’m supposed to go back in 2 weeks. But I’m just gonna go somewhere else. First time being pregnant and this experience was not great.
I gave this place a chance despite the terrifying reviews. In an unassuming office in Boyle Heights that is shared with a dental office, I was really skeptical to come in and go through with my first visit to be established with an OB. I was nervous after reading the reviews for this place, but I actually had a lovely experience during my first time. The staff was lovely, the doctor spent a lot of time talking with me & answering my questions. I did wait about 1.5hr for my appointment, but otherwise great experience!
# Horrible Experience at the Doctor's Office I'm still fuming about the way I was treated at this doctor's office! Every time I went in with concerns about pain, I was totally dismissed. The remarks I got were not only unprofessional but also super hurtful. And let's not even get started on the cleanliness - it was pretty gross. Had a clean, caring and efficient experience here. Staff is professional and courteous. Also the nurse practitioners was experienced and made my experience pleasant.
