I had a very uncomfortable experience. I was asked invasive personal questions in front of everyone in the waiting room. During the exam students were brought in and asked if they could stay while I was already undressed which was inappropriate since I was not given proper notice or consent beforehand. The doctor also felt very cold and detached. I did not feel my privacy or comfort were respected. I will NOT be back. I do not recommend this practice
I don’t know how this place is functioning. Unconcerned. Rude. The relationship with this facility can’t come to an end fast enough. I resent stepping foot in this clinic. I should’ve went elsewhere. The receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. The customer service is horrible. Attending to my question as if I’m an annoyance. Isn’t that how a medical office gets paid, by having patients!?

I decided to change my doctor that I previously went to for gynecology to Dr. Kent, considering she has some good reviews and some bad ones.
