I can't express how grateful I am for the help I received by Rivon at Century Storage. I work with countless storage facilities in my line of work and have to say the service I received from Rivon at Century Storage was above and beyond. I'l spare you the details of the situation but will say his quick problem solving, flexibility, constant communication, and compassion for my issue was amazing. We were looking somewhere close by to store our stuff & when we came across this place, it seemed promising ! Once we met Rivion, we knew it was the right place. Not only is he extremely friendly, but he makes us feel safe. Hearing stories of storage units getting broke into makes us nervous but I know our stuff is secure with Rivion. He helps us out when we need it & we will forever be recommending this place mainly because of him :))
We used your facility to store our mothers belongings for nearly 4 years. The gentleman at the desk is so very polite, courteous, helpful, friendly, etc.
