Do not use! This company has unprofessional plumbers and work is not even amateur level. Stay away unless you like to spend more $$$ fixing their mistakes. Great Service I'm amazed and delighted to find an expert plumber who is so focused on customer service. Each time I've called for service I've received prompt help that solved the problem and at a lower price than I've had to pay other plumbers. It's a pleasure to do business with you.
Look elsewhere They outsource all the labor. I had a major job which I hired them to do and not only was the work unsatifactory, the plumber was totally unprofessional and unknowledgable. I left a message for the owner which was never returned. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
Honest people These guys are pleasant to deal with and very honest. We had one small dispute at the end which was resolved very fairly by the owner. I was impressed. Their work was very good, but my only complaints would be (1) a random hole drilled in my kitchen cabinet, and (2) I had difficulty communicating with their wall subcontractor, who wasn't the most friendly guy in the world. Beyond the call of duty James was the only plumber who went under the house during a home remodel inspection. He won the bid and he went beyond the call of duty on the remodel house from h---. James was professional and personable. In fact, a year later, I called them for a new problem because I had such a great prior experience. Don't use them! Worst plumbing I've ever used. Plumbers are very unprofessional! broke a few pipes and claimed it wasn't them. cost me more money to fix the problem they caused. Look somewhere else if you need any type of plumbing service. I would rate them zero stars if I could.
