Didn't show up We called Century based on the reviews in the Insider Pages. We called the dispatcher who connected us to one of their plumbers. The plumber promised us he would show up the next day to do an estimate. The plumber did not show up the next day. When we called the dispatcher to find out the status of our request, she told us that all their plumbers were currently too busy to do estimates. Century Rooter is terrific I have been using Century Rooter for approx 8 years now. They have great customer service. Have fixed several problems and installed sinks, disposals and dishwashers, cleaned the drain line. Small stuff and big stuff. They always leave my place as clean as it was when they arrived. Drain Cleaning Experts! I woke up on a Saturday morning on a day I was having a party and I had some extra party favors in my bath tub. Every time I flushed the toilet, it got worse. Panic! I called Century Rooter and I had a plumber in my at my house in an hour and a half. I got fast and friendly service at a very reasonable rate, even on a weekend. We had a blast at our party. PROS: Friendly, helpful staff and reasonable prices. CONS:

I used Century to fix a major plumbing problem and the experience couldn't have been better. Great customer service, skilled plumbers, quick turnaround, and their bid came in 40% lower than competing bids. Great experience.

Don't use them! Worst plumbing I've ever used. Plumbers are very unprofessional! broke a few pipes and claimed it wasn't them. cost me more money to fix the problem they caused. Look somewhere else if you need any type of plumbing service. I would rate them zero stars if I could.

Century Rooter is Fast, Knowledgeable, and Friendly! My husband and I were recently having a problem with the plumbing on our ancient swimming pool. This problem prevented our pool from being cleaned, and thus it quickly began looking more like a pond than a swimming pool. So, we called Century Rooter. The very next day, they sent out a fantastic plumber. Not only was he highly knowledgeable (many plumbers will not even look at pool equipment), but he was polite, friendly, and efficient. I called Century after I had difficulty clearing what I thought to be a minor (but frequently recurring) clogging of the laundry drain in my detached garage. The first guy had difficulty with the line, too, and managed to get their snake trapped inthe line. A much older, more experienced guy then came to diagnose the problem. The older plumber recommended digging up the line to see what was going on -- and in so doing, exposed really bad plumbing work from the past. Beware Company does unprofessional work, plumbers seem to be sub-contracted. Used company for major plumbing work after reading insider pages reviews. Left message for owners and never heard back from them again. Stay away from this one! PROS: NONE CONS: Quality of work, customer service and many more!

Bad Experience Not sure who is writing the good reviews, but this company is terrible! Don't believe it, worst rooter service I've ever used. Workers come late with a bad attitude and the quality is far from good. Better going somewhere else for plumbing or rooter service.
