I've lived here for almost a year. When I arrived, the condominium was called Crest at Millenia, had another administration. Everything got worse since administration changed. There is no cleanup in asile of the apartaments. Have months that there is no cleanup. I lost count of how many times I was personally complaining and nothing had been done yet. Has a dog vomit that is already dry for at least 3 months. I'm embarrassed to bring friends and relatives in my apartament because of this neglect of this dirt.
Once Crest At Millenia changed ownership to Century... the quality of living here has decreased dramatically. Office staff is careless and doesn't adhere to the office hours posted, loses rent checks, and often change the hours that amenities are available. After spending 2 years here I have to say I am nothing but disappointed.
Century Millenia is off to a great start with their new management team and CARES program. They offer luxury living in the heart of all the action right near Millenia Mall. The CARES Team serves residents and puts together at least two fantastic events for residents each month.
I am a resident here at Century and I must say. I really like it here is love my unit and I definitely would recommend living here, that Being said I can't stand the noise that is coming from they unit under me 1201 I really feel so bad if there is someone live under them because every single night at 2,3,am banging yelling slamming doors it has to stop and the last thing I can't stand is. I don't understand what kind of person leaves there dog out in the patio barking all thru the day and night that is crazy building 1 3rd ... read more
