RecommendedDr. Scherer is wonderful! She’s capable, thorough, and takes time to answer all my questions. During an already busy day, she fit me in for a recheck of my prescription because I was having trouble with my progressives, which I didn’t even purchase there. The staff at Century Eye Care is also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Century Eye Care.
This was the single most offputting shopping experience I have ever had, and I’m in my 50s. You are not allowed to even look at frames without first letting them take a copy of your driver’s license and assign someone to supervise your shopping. Granted, the person assisting me was very sweet, but that hardly compensates for being treated like you’re there to steal eyeglass frames. Friendly, attentive staff. This was my first visit and I was impressed with them all.
I've been coming here for years and won't ever go back to the chain eye doctors. They are extremely thorough in their exams, almost always have appointments available, very nice staff, and a wonderful selection of frames. I've gotten a few pairs of glasses here and though they can be slightly more they are very worth the investment as they don't just fall apart, I'm still using my frames from 3 years ago and they still look as good as the day I got them! Best yet is the computer glare coating - it's a lifesaver!!!!!!
There were a few others in the waiting room. A good sign! The service was fast and friendly. Two thumbs up!
I'm a new patient, called on Wednesday got in on Thursday. Staff was very friendly and professional. The Dr. was great!!! They got me in and out super fast, answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend .
