I do like living at Century Court! I’m very close to shopping, places to eat & across the street from the Century 9 Movie Theater. I have a very nice townhouse with a patio, garage & good neighbors. There are walking/bike trails to use as well all over Hutchinson that can also be accessed right from Century Court. Management here is wonderful & maintenance is the best! They aim to please & very helpful with whatever your questions or needs might be!
We had a problem with our garage door not wanting to close. We filled out a maintenance request and a service person came out the next day. The door is working great now. Century Court takes maintenance very seriously, and we can always count on them to resolve problems promptly.

This is our second time living at Century Court Townhomes. We love living here. We love having our washer/dryer, attached garage and private entrance. It makes it feel more like a "home" and less like an apartment. The staff are all great as well. Maintenance is quick to fix issues and the managment team is very responsive. I really feel blessed to have found this place! It's convenient to everything! A great place to call home! The staff is super responsive and anything you need handled is done quickly! They are so easy to work with!
