I don’t understand how this shop is in business. Tried calling them to confirm my order was received and was on hold for 4 minutes until I got connected to TELEFLORA’s customer service team. No employee at the flower shop could answer my call? After the representative told me they would have the shop give me a call back, I received NO call after 5 hours.
