Very very good. The other day I had recived flowers from my husband and they were beyond awful! It was a mess. I called up Century City Flower Mart and they told me that they hadn't had a delivery under my name. I was really confused until they told me that there was another flower shop called Century City Florist that my husband accidently ordered from.They told me that that flower shop takes clients from them that accidently call. Dissapointing, bad customer service My husband surprised me with a dozen roses for my 40th birthday. They arrived and were beautiful! A few of them had aleady opened and were really full and red. A day and a half later, less than half had opened and the others had drooped. I called the store, talked with the manager, and explained the situation, letting her know how gorgeous the few that had opened were. Her response? "What do you want me to do about it?"
