Bought a washer/dryer. Recommended to my mother for a stove part. Owner sold the part to her and it didnt work. Went back and took the original part of the stove to compare. He requested to leaveit and give him time to look, asked to please take good care of the original because it would be used to get the part later if he didnt have it, he laughed . i got a great price to buy my washer and dryer, they delivered my appliances at my house the next day as we agreed.i got a good experience as a customer.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Called because my washer that I bought only a few months ago stopped working... It's been exactly 4weeks and they have still not shown up to fix it! We have had numerous appointments of which I have had to take off work because they only make calls between 2 and 5 pm, and they never show up AND they don't call and let you know that they won't be able to make it, they just let you sit for hours waiting! Good appliances at competitive prices. I'd recommend buying refrigerators from this place. If you live nearby he'll offer you free delivery. I have a truck but it's still worth waiting because he has a lift on his truck so there's no backbreaking unloading necessary. Honors his warranty (may be a bit slow at it), but still worth the deal.
This place is worthless. Very rude owner. They show up a weeks later on repairs. You will lose your food because they refrigerators don't work and they will not come out and repair it. They bring the refrigerators back dirty after repairs. They left a roach in ours! Very poor customer service.
