The first agent I contacted was very nice but did not cover the area I was intending to buy in. She referred me to another who was supposed to call me. After not receiving a call I ended up calling him and he said he was busy and would call right back. I never received a call back and as a result of waiting on that call for a week and a half, the house I was looking to put an offer in has sold. I don’t think my budget was high enough for their taste.
