worst rental place!! courtney and joe burroughs are awful!! they are rude, dismissive and do not do what they say they will! make sure you read your lease agreement fully prior to signing! they sneak stuff in there that are not stated prior to app fees of $75 each person, which is higher than every other place i have used prior!! then courtney who is owner stated in message, (that i added to review, if what they did not state prior, which would have made us not even apply), was not going to work for our family, she would see... read more
