great place to rent from Brittany is very nice and helpful as well as Lisa, Shelly and all the rental staff Prompt service for repairs

if I could give a -5 I would. brittany is super unprofessional and has no heart. she dont care about you or your time. disrespectful. and all she does is stare at you like your stupid and say "how Is that unprofessional" to everything you say. dont waste your money. they will just pocket it and say "sorry you werent approved"
Golden West takes your deposit for insignificant reason. My mother rented for them for a while and when she moved, she made sure to contract a professional carpet cleaner and on top of that worked hard to clean the inside even better from how they first started. She had two back surgeries and she stooped down, bended and went out of her way to make the house was clean . When I contacted the office they said that they would be hiring a cleaner to clean the windowsills and the bottom trim because supposedly that wasn’t clean. ... read more
