I'll give two stars instead of one because they mostly left us alone when we rented property from them. My advice to new renters: Document EVERYTHING. Take videos of EVERYTHING. This is a company, they do not care about you, they only care about your wallets. We were managed by an agent that was patronizing and rude to us as soon as we finished signing the rental agreement, so remember that this is a company, not your friend.
