Prospective residential rental tenant here. Considered a property managed by this company. Agent was pushy and dismissive, and not a good communicator. I persisted b/c I really liked the property. Company has not paid me my deposit back and it’s been over 60 days. The owner hasn’t returned my calls, I’ve left numerous emails/calls to Craig and Matt and have not got anywhere. I moved out of an apartment on January 6th and here it is almost April and they have been giving me the run around. Today I called and was told “they would get with accounting” since an error was made, but it’s very frustrating because I have called and left voicemails, yet I’ve been getting ignored.
