Prospective residential rental tenant here. Considered a property managed by this company. Agent was pushy and dismissive, and not a good communicator. I persisted b/c I really liked the property. Company has not paid me my deposit back and it’s been over 60 days. The owner hasn’t returned my calls, I’ve left numerous emails/calls to Craig and Matt and have not got anywhere. I moved out of an apartment on January 6th and here it is almost April and they have been giving me the run around. Today I called and was told “they would get with accounting” since an error was made, but it’s very frustrating because I have called and left voicemails, yet I’ve been getting ignored. Summary: He is great at closing at any cost. He has a paternalistic approach, provides minimal objective data for decision making, and tried to steam roll closing despite condition of the house being different from initial inspection and seller failure to be moved out.
