Sold Our Home In 11 Days! This is the way to sell a home in 2012. All I can say is Joe Manausa told me our home would sell in 4 to 14 days, and boy was he right. More than 20 people looked at our home in the first week, itâs like everything we heard about it not being a sellerâs market just wasnât true. If I ever have to sell another home, it will be with Century 21 in Tallahassee.

She is very professional, goes above and beyond to help and satisfy the home buyer, listen and consider buyer's need and concern.
