Started the process 3 weeks ago to purchase a house in which Diana Kennedy is the listing agent. Our offer was accepted quickly but two weeks after us signing the contract and sending to back to Diana for seller signatures we're STILL waiting. Our realtor has called Diana NUMEROUS times. Most calls go unanswered and no VMs are returned. My husband called her 2 days ago and she still has not called back. The least she could do is keep our realtor in the loop as to what is going on with contract and seller. I would NEVER use h... read more
