Unfortunately, agent Miguel Picart never helped me, he gave me bad information, he never answered my calls and made me fill out more than 5 applications. It made me lose my money, I had a good credit, good housing record and the right income. Even so, he only decided to assign me another agent and did not give importance to my person.
