We had a very uncomfortable experience with real estate agent Noushin Mohaghegh Zadeh ,She showed up unannounced at 23 Old Jane Street, knocked on the door without any prior notice or appointment. When questioned, she falsely claimed that my friend’s wife had called her to let her in — which is impossible, as my friend is single. As a follow-up to our previous review, we attempted to post a candid assessment directly on the Walkers’ website at c21walk.com. Rather than welcoming honest feedback—whether positive or critical—we discovered that our IP address had been blocked, effectively preventing us from accessing the site or sharing our experience. We had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience dealing with Eva and Richard Walker. This husband-and-wife team represented both the buyer and seller in our property purchase but failed to disclose material defects that would have been apparent with even minimal due diligence. Be very careful when dealing with AFSHIN AMIRPOOR DAYLAMI. Unfortunately, I chose him as my agent and experienced highly unethical and unprofessional conduct, which left me no choice but to file a complaint with Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). RECO recently issued its decision (which Century 21 should also have received), finding that he failed to meet professional standards.
