Ron Spradlin the realtor likes to get on the White House Facebook page and put stupid memes about the president. He is an insult to every veteran who risked their life for the country. I would not give this fool business and I would not trust a word out of his mouth.
Dealt with David Pickering where we signed an agreement to purchase a home on 2/2/16 with a contingency of getting the home inspected on 2/3/16. We paid a non refundable fee of $590 for the inspection scheduled for 1:30pm on 2/3/16. On 2/3/16 at 11:15am we received a call from Pickering apologizing that the home was not available for sale and he would reimburse us for the inspection fee.
