Gavish Real Estate, really helped me out when I was looking for a new home. The agent was so friendly and helpful, he walked me through the complete process and made it stress-free. My air condioning unit was just rigged to sell the property causing me to have double electric charges, the new property management from Caldwell banker fixed the problem immediately and they are not rude like Gavish property management team. They also collected trash fees with my rent and never paid the trash bill.They Don't deal with rental properties very well.
I am very pleased with how the selling of my fathers home has went. Sandra Knopow is amazing? I am out of state and thought it would be difficult for me to sell, but she has proved that wrong. She is willing to jump in and help with everything. I would highly recommend Gavish Realty.
