PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM. Smart criminals. Will take everything they possibly can from you. We rented for a year and half they were hard to get a hold of and communicate with. We spent days cleaning the house before move out hoping to get any portion of our deposit back and they took the deposit and charged us additional 1050 out of pocket.
