I had a terrible experience with Paul Borriello as an appraiser. He made a glaring error on his initial appraisal report. When I brought it to his attention, he was agreeable to fixing it and adjusting the appraised value of the property accordingly, but did not follow through. When I reminded him, he said, "Sorry when we spoke did not have report opened for review . The final value is as indicated in first report". So why would he tell me that he'd make that change without even looking at his report? Incompetence? Senility?... read more
