To be clear, the only guy that I delt with directly in the company was a very kind guy named Chad Keefer. My wife contacted the group through a real estate website. She got in contact with Austin, who setup a house viewing for us with Chad. Chad showed us two homes. He did such a good job, I wanted to offer him a tip (which he refused). He really was very kind.
